Well here we are on a Monday and I have to tell you, I wasn’t feeling particularly chipper as I braved the elements to the train today.
At work I think it’s so important to make your space as comfortable and “you” as possible. For me, that means fueling my drawer with treats and condiments that can keep me satisfied through meal times and that dreaded late-afternoon until it’s time to head on home.
What’s in your desk drawer?
My drawer is filled of:
A selection of organic teas- Mint, Green, Hibiscus
Wildflower honey (to put in tea or as a topper for plain yogurt, toast or oats)
A jar of peanut butter (used for anything and everything- breakfast, lunch, snack, straight from jar to mouth)
Raw cashews (tossed over salads, soups or my staple: brown rice with spinach and hummus).
Pretzel rods (dip in aforementioned PB for a quick snack)
(not pictured) napkins, glasses, mug, cutlery).
And trust me, the drawer is constantly growing…what should I add?
